plus i've been saving up for car and stuff so makeup has been far down on my list of important things:(

i've been on the look out for a lip plumper but spending £10+ on something that might work never appeals to me so when i was at primark i saw this little beauty
for £1.20 i HAD to try it out, there was little risk involved
the packaging looks a bit tacky, gold plastic but i think thats reflected in the price nicely
the product its self comes out through a small brush on the end and you simple twist the end of the pen to get more out
although it does say it will only take 2 clicks to start it up when you first open it, it took me something like 50 clicks :/
but it did come out in the end!
it smells like....watermelon, fruity
i applied it to my lips and waited, after about 30 seconds i could feel it working
i was a tad worried as it was very numbing but i left it on
it seemed to work, i will have to compare before and after pictures, which i promise i'll do when my nasty coldsore has gone:(
the numbing feeling doesnt last long and im not sure if the effect lasts either, again something im gonna have to look out for

im very pleased with this:) and for the price its pretty good, gets the job done^^

this nail vanish is from the primark makeup/beauty range and for a £1 i had to try it!
its sort of lighter then it is in the picture, sort of coraly/orangey
very different to what i normally go for but so far i like it:)
had a few chips but nothing too bad
the colour range wasnt very big at the store, i think they only actually had this colour and a blue
but deffo worth checking them out:)

first week of college has been good:)
as a treat my mum took me to Lakeside and got me a few bits

i got the VISP perfume which is SOSOSOSOSOO LOVELYYY!! its like vanilla and iuno but its amazing!! only 4 squid aswell!!! i deffo recommend this for christmas pressies for yr mates:))

helllllo, hope your all oke!
for some reason every time i return from a break i end up having an even longer break
but i have good reasons!
firstly i started college and my timetable is still changing, its such an important course that i need to study an awful lot:(
along with that im learning to drive and have my test coming up soon, eeeeek! my mum has said i should double my lessons to 2 hours a week and any extra i think i might need
had a job interview on sunday which was very surprising as they only rang me the day before and told me to come in
my first ever interview and he didnt ask me anything! i pretty much had the job before i got there lol so the whole morning of me worrying and panicking was for nothing :p
i'd rather not say where its at as some people are meanies and tbh it isnt exactly the most glamorous of jobs but money is money :))
if it means i can afford my car insurance AND anything else i want then so be it;)
due to all this happening im finding it hard to spend enough time with my bf
he lives a fair bit away so its easier if he stays for a while
this will all change ofc when i pass my driving test;)
he seems to think im learning to drive so that i can pick him up and take him through Mcdonalds drive thru -_-
so yeah allllll of this means i cant spend much time on blogs and videos :(
im sure once i get my first pay check i'll have a lil makeup shopping spree so i'll deff post and ofc the odd review, so keep watching
hopefully i'll have enough time for everything
there really isnt enough hours in the day

recently i bought two fake chanel earrings, i was lusting after the real things but my bank did not agree that they would be the best things to spend lots of money on
so instead i found these very good knock-offs
now personally i dont mind them being fake, tbh you cant tell the difference unless your an expert
to prove this i took a picture of them next to my real chanel necklace, if im honest the necklace looks more fake then the earrings :p
i also think they look very classy, unlike most fake stuff i've seen

i was really hoping i'd get tagged for this and was very pleased when Beauty and the Blog tagged me aswell as a few other people!^^
this is just a 10 random facts tag

1) im actually very very very shy! but im trying to over come it
2) i CAN NOT take a compliment, i tend to just laugh and shrug it off
3) im a geek, i love world of warcraft, pokemon and my DS. any other sort of gaming console really
4) i get weird obsessions with certain foods, where i'll eat it none stop for a couple of weeks then go completely off it and never eat it again
5) i have a crush on Gil Grissom from C.S.I
6) theres nothing i love more then getting into bed and having Bruiser my chihuahua snuggle up next to me and my boyfriend spoon me
7) as well as being a gaming geek im also a tech fiend :p for some odd reason i always know how to get things working and i love apple! 1 imac, 1 macbook, 1 ibook, ipod and iphone and still counting! :D
8) oddly, i prefer nights in to nights out, im a girl of comforts!
9) i love cardigans, i never wear an outfit without one, no idea why lol

decided to start doing these as i have so many pretty clothes that im sure everyone else would like to see
so heres my first one:))
i wore this to go check my car out
i was very snugg in my new boots

my mum rang me up today saying she was in a superdrug in london and they had some sleek palettes, the one i wanted but couldnt find anywhere!
i said get itt !! then realised that i have loads of eyeshadows already, so instead i asked if they had the new pout polishes in
they did and on special offer!
so she got me pink cadillac and electro peach

they are sooooo bright in the pan, but on my lips they tone down alot but still provide a good colour pay off
they smell delish! and they dont feel at all sticky
i think i'll have to get the brown one aswell
the plum i'll take a rain check on, i dont like my lips in dark colours much :/

scratch that, just woke up to a bag of pressies (my birthday :D) and the sneaky devil got me the palette aswell :p
its the storm one and i mainly wanted it for all the nice earthy toned colours
i'll probably use this palette for college just to give my eyes a little bit of colour
i can not wait til sleek opens their online shop, my town doesnt have a sleek section:(

oke this is just gonna be a bit of an update
its my birthday on monday and i start college on thursday so im taking things easy atm:)
i tried out my elf brow kit aswell as the manicure set
and tbh, for a noob, i think i did a pretty good job :)
any tips please would be great
its so strange to see myself with dark thin brows, normally they are so light i forget about them so they kinda go all bushy
i think i look very grown up idd^^
so yeah i recommend the elf brow kit!!
the manicure was also an amazing buy
for only £2.40ish you get 3 polishes and not one chip yet!
my lines are a little sloppy but for my first time its not bad:p
i used the tip stickers that came with it but they just failed at keeping the line straight :/
maybe im doing it wrong?

been so busy this past week so havent had time to blog or record a video
:(
i've been looking for a car as im taking my test soon so fingers crossed i get the perfect car and pass!
i also got my exam results and did amazingly! and got on to the animal care course so im veryveryveryvery happy:D
managed to do some 'back to college' shopping (not that i need anymore clothes, im finding it hard to fit everything into my drawers) and my boyfriend bought me some birthday pressies:)
all in all its been a fantastic week and im looking forward to more great things to come
i have a small haul video coming up but tbh i find it so hard buying make up, i just dont want to buy stuff for the sake of it so therefore my collection looks tiny, but on the plus side all my makeup gets used and nones wasted:))
alssooooo got over 300 subbies on youtube!

the fab pore first thoughts

oke this is from the very popular Soap & Glory range
i've tried it twice now, and so far im liking it
the product its self is pinky white with tiny green beads mixed in, and you bascially apply it as a face mask and rub in until all the little beads have burst and disappeared
you can either leave it for 5 minutes for a quick glow or 15 for a more intense effect
then you simply wash it off
it leaves my skin alot more fresher and brighter
i cant comment on whether or not it makes my pores smaller or gets rid of blackheads as i dont really suffer with any of those, but it certainly feels cool and refreshing
another thing i love about this is the smell! its sort of minty and cucumbery :p
so yeah so far its a thumbs up from me :))

winter is by far my favourite season
sure summers nice, i like the way it makes me feel all happy no matter what
but theres something about wrapping myself up in scarfs and coats and getting ready for christmas that just makes me smile!
i find winter fashion so cute
so heres my winter must-haves!

♡first up is the sweater dress, yeh a dress in winter! not only is it warm and snugg but it looks super cute, paired with thick tights you cant go wrong
so if your if a girl that loves dresses but wouldnt like to freeze to death, this is for you:)

♡cute hats! plain or patterned, doesnt matter aslong as your heads warm
atm im inlove with the slouchy 'boyfriends' hat, perfect for when my hairs a mess and i need a very quick fix, also works well with a casual look

♡coats, you will definitely need one of these in the winter! this just so happens to be my pride and joy, my juicy couture plaid toggle coat:) i cant actually wear this unless its below freezing as i would bake to death! its lined with sheeps wool so it gets pretty hot, great for a cold winter night

♡UGGS, again lined with sheeps wool so its like an oven in these
they go with pretty much every outfit, a definite winter wardrobe must-have in my books

♡hoodies are great to have as they can be worn on not-so-cold days, ideal if your just popping out quickly and ya cant be bothered to waddle about in a massive coat
hoodies also look amazing under leather jackets, i normally wear a grey one to stand out under my black jacket

♡cute booties that can be worn in the house and outdoors? NEED!
not only do i feel like i belong in sweden or norway in these but they are snugg and veryveryvery cute^^
another piece of warmth that can work with lots of outfits, you neeeeeed these for sure!

oke five obsessions

1) i have a minor...oke major obsession with wolf t-shirts and anything slighty tacky looking that you might pick up from a tourist shop. these tops look great teamed with leggings and super high classy heels aswell as comfy moccasins and big hoodies, ahhh i love themmmm!

2) studs studs studs! on everything!!!!

3) ysl lipstick in lingerie pink, the packaging is to die for, would look so pretty sitting on my vainty

4) chanel flats, have two pairs, one in black and white and another in gold and black, i love to wear them with skinnies and and a baggy cardigan with my hair in a messy bun and ofc you cant forget the pearls, coco wouldnt want it any other way ;)

5) eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, ever since i first watched this i have and proberly always will be obsessed with with movie, i watch it whenever im feeling a lil down and lonely and fancy a good ol' cry

bathina and hollywood glo reviews

i had a lil shop last week and managed to pick up some benefit goodies
i picked two items that are very similar but i do have a reason for this
first of all i'll talk about bathina - body so fine
this pretty pink coloured tin sits perfectly on my vintage vanity
it comes with its own cute velvet puff to help apply it
as soon as i open it up the smell of old-fashioned roses fills the room
some people may find this overpowering but a good thing to this is when applied the scent last for ages, longer then a perfume, so i'd suggest if your going to use this then lay off any other sort of smellys
the balm its self is pale pink in colour but swiped on skin it turns transparent and luminescent, only the shimmer really shows up
the shimmer isnt glitterball or silly looking, in fact it looks very lovely and i feel that this would suit any skin colour, the downside is it does tend to feel a lil greasy and i know some people dont like that feeling
another problem is the shimmer does wear off quite quickly although the scent will stick around for a while
i bought this mainly for the winter or when i give my fake tan a rest, to make my palllle skin glow
packaging: 5/5 sooo cute!
price: 2/5 i reckon its way too much for what it is, around £20
product: 4/5 wish the scent wasnt so strong
overall: 3/5

now its pretty much the same as bathina expect it does leave more of a golden bonzey colour to the skin
so i would recommend this more for people with a tan or a darker skin colour
the smell...to me...is truly horrible and reminds me of old people, some of you may like it though and its probably more of a personal thing
again it comes with its own velvet puff which makes application soft and even
i do believe they stopped making it and turned it into a small bottle of shimmery lotion which i also have and i can say this much, they did not improve the smell much at all!
i will most likely only use this on my legs to give a nice sheen and when im decked out in my fake tan ready to glow!
packaging: 5/5 again so cute
price: 4/5 again around £20 but only found on ebay
product: 1/5 HATE the smell eek!

this is the infamous 187 brush by mac that everyone seems to be lusting after
now although i didnt purchased the £29.00 version of this stippling brush, i got a fairly good cheaper dupe
and all i can say is whats the hype about?
all it seems to do is push my foundation around my face and in the end it just looks cakey
im guessing this is what its meant to do to create the 'flawless' look
i have since moved on to a much better way of applying my foundation
costs me nothing :p
my fingerrrrs
yes the simplest thing
the other day round my bf's i was doing my make up and realized my stippling brush was veryyyy dirty and hadnt been washed in ages, so instead of using it i put it to one side and resorted to using my hands
i was shocked at how much of a different there was
my foundation was even and non-cakey :D
also instead of one big pump from my mac SSF i used 1/4 pumps and waited for the product to settle on my face before doing another layer
this helped loads!
so there ya have it
just because somethings insanely expensive doesnt mean it'll do the job any better then something that costs nothing :p
by no means am i saying that the brush itself is not good, but the finger technique seems to work better for me

and got a lil high off the fumes

so a week ago i jailbroke my iphone (naughty i know but my contracts nearly up, cor 2 years goes quickly >.<) now this isnt new as i first hacked into it ages ago and added a World of Warcraft theme on to it :p but this time i made my very own theme! it took me a while but once i got the hang of it it came out really good now this is my main problem with iphones i like to customize my phones the way i like them apple doesnt really give you this option :/ although i wouldnt reccomend this if your abit of a tech n00b i'll probably change it next week :p

this morning at the crack of dawn my mum had me up to help her with the car boot sale
since i was born and possibly still in the womb i've been going to boot sales
my mum loves them and rightly so
the amount of bargains i get each week is amazing!

so about 3 years ago i got both my monroes picered and loved them!
a couple of months ago i took them out as im growing up and want to look presentable and not like i'll murder a virgin on 06.06.06 :)
and so i was left with 2 large holes above my lips:(
i try everyday to cover them with a ton of concealer and although it makes them less obvious i can still see them
its got to the point where i'll sit and cry about them and feel sorry for myself
i never regret having them done but im a lil bummed that my skin didnt heal so well

a lil search on the internet pulled up treatments that cost well in to the hundreds of pounds
money i just dont have to spend on such a vain thing
then i came across the Derma Roller
a odd looking device that wouldnt look too out of place in a horror movie

it claims to restore hair loss, remove acne/scarring, remove stretch marks and cellulite, anti ageing/wrinkles

now dont get me wrong im all for the saying 'if something sounds too good to be true, it normally is' but for only £55 i may have to give this a go

nyx eye and lip pencil swatches and review

so i've already swatched my nyx rounds lipsticks but never got round to taking pictures of my other nyx products

jumbo eyeshadow pencil in 618 purple
i LOVEEEE this, so creamy and the perfect base for a smokey eye look
the colour is bright and pigmented and i will deffo be buying more of these
they are also very easy to depot, simply take the metal stopper off and hold a hairdryer over the hole and the will melt into anywhere you want to store them:)

eye pencils in soft pink, purple and brown
these are a lil on the hard side, i really had to stab the pencil and rub hard if i wanted to achive any colour, this can be sorted out but holding the tip of the pencil over a flame and slightly melting it til its abit softer
once i actually got the colour to appear they are amazing! so bright!

lip pencils in expresso and cappuccino
i got these in my order as a free gift so not my normal colour choices but they are creamy and have lots! of staying power
i've just wiped my hand with a face wipe and i can still see the swatches! plus these pencils are massive! they have a good 3cms more in length then the eye pencils, the names of these are much more imaginative aswell :p

my computer is an imac and its masssssssive! i get scared it'll fall over onto me one day and i wont be seen again
my mouse pad is world of warcraft :p as i used to play alot, infact i even met my boyfriend of 1year7months on there so it means alot to me even though i dont play it much anymore:(
i did say i was abit of a geek:))
my makeup and hair stuff is to the left of me so i can easily reach it and that small mirror is where i do my make up whilst listening to songs on the imonster :p
all in all i like my set up and recently changed it around to this and i much prefer it:))

Price: £25.95
Packaging: the pump makes application easy, no spillage and its easy to control how much product your going to get so no wasting:)
Application: i used rubber gloves to rub it in, went on much smoother then my old fake bake tanner, rubbed in well and looked instantly tanned, does leave some marks and blobs so i wouldnt go out without washing it off first
Smell: at first it has a faint smell of almonds, after a while it does turn to the horrible fakey tan smell, but once you've washed it off in the morning it doesnt smell at all:)
Colour: veryyyy dark but not a stupid colour, not orange, olive, yumm

pros: tan last agesss
bottle is great
colour is gawwwjazzzz
smell at first is nice

cons: kinda expensive
smells of fake tan while its developing

all in all
9/10
if it was a tinnyyy bit cheaper it'd get a 10 ;)
but i'll deffo be rebuying:))
and may try the spray

oke i thought i'd write about the worst thing i seem to do with make up
so its a night out on the town and im getting all ready, i finish my make up and move on to clothes
the doorbell rings and its the girlies, we drink abit...ok alot! and then i get the clever idea to redo all of my make up as its starting to look a lil blurry in the mirror for some odd drunken reason..

thus i slap the fondation on and smother myself in lippie
i should be kept away from make up once im above the legal limit!!

yes i look like an idoit but im all for putting my hand up and saying yes i used and abused makeup :))
learn from my mistake girls! dont drink and do make up :p

my boobs, i may not be skinny and stick-like but my lovely DD's make up for it :) and i also like my feet, only cos my bf goes on about them being 'cute' 0.o

hmmmh this is tricky, i guess i dont really have one :/ anyone that does their own thing and looks amazing while doing so is good in my books

bright/deep red lipstick, i instantly start posing as if im about to star on the front cover of a pinup lads mag

i dont do a thing :)
to put it simply
my skins quiet good although i do have my pill to thank for that but even without them i only get the odd pimple. nothing drastic
apart from that i moisturize it everyday

got this on the way back from japan, wore it on the first date with my bf, so he loves it and smelling it just brings back happy memorys:))

hmm dont overwash!!!
i hear so many people say 'oh but my hair gets greasy if i dont wash it everyday' thats because your washing the nautral oils out everyday...thus yr body produces wayy too much resulting in greasy hair
i wash mine once a week and it only ever gets greasy on the 5thy day then i resort to my dry shampoo
i dont care if this sounds gross lol

How do you pamper yourself?
i go to town with mummies plastic :p

What is your beauty pet peeve?
i HATE it when people spend £££ on every piece from a collection even though they know they arent going to wear half of it

ouchy!
on friday i went to the dentist, all the pain killers have worn off so im living off of pills to help ease the pain:(
says the pain will last a week
and too make things worse i have developed a cold sore on the corner of my mouth (worst place to get them) so now i cant talk as it just adds to the pain
